How does Myngle Student Protection work? | Report infraction |

If you are not satisfied with your lessons, or if you have any issue with your teacher, contact the teacher first. Talk to him/her or mail. Give a chance to make things right for you.

We are here to help you. Please mail here explaining the reasons of your dissatisfaction and what the answer of your teacher has been.

3. | We will work with the teacher to help resolve the issue. |
We'll contact the teacher to first work together to resolve the issue. If the problem cannot be resolved between you and the teacher, and your case qualifies for Myngle Student Protection, you will receive a credit coupon for the remaining value of your purchased lessons that can be used with any other teacher on Myngle. |

1. | Safety of your account. |
Having a secure account is of critical importance. Use a secure password, do not use words or numbers that are easy to trace back to you, like birthdays or family names. Never give your account's information (email, password) to a third party, not even to your teacher. In case you need anything to be done with your account, always contact directly Myngle customer support. |

2. | Teacher Reputation |
While most teachers are honest, it's worth your while to learn a little about them before you study with them. One way is to check the other students' feedbacks of the teacher. If a teacher has students that have been learning for long time, you can be more confident than when a teacher has many students that only take a couple of lessons and then leave. Always leave honest, fair, factual Feedback. This will let other students know about your experience with the teacher and help keep Myngle an ever improving and safe place for learning. |

3. | Off Myngle Website |
Stay safe - Always complete your transactions on Myngle - it is the safest way for you. Learn safely by making any payment only directly to Myngle. Never pay directly any amount to your teacher. Unfortunately there have been reported cases of teachers not attending lessons that have been paid to them directly, or delivering unsatisfactory teaching. In this case you are totally unprotected, as Myngle can only intervene if the transaction has taken place on Myngle. Myngle's rules prohibit use of our system to solicit students to pay and take lessons "off Myngle." We strongly advise recipients of these email solicitations to report the senders to Myngle Customer Support. Participants in "off Myngle" transactions aren't able to use Myngle feedback or buyer protection programs if a problem arises. |

REPORT TO MYNGLE | |
If you receive an unsolicited request from a teacher (by email, Skype or verbally) about taking your lessons somewhere else than on Myngle, there's a good chance something strange is going on, so please inform us.
It's important to report these infractions or requests for external payments as soon as possible in order to protect yourself-and to help your fellow students in the Myngle community. Forward any emails to [email protected]. |

What does Myngle Student Protection cover? | |
Myngle Student Protection covers lessons purchased on Myngle with eligible payment methods that where the teacher has not delivered satisfactory lessons to the student. The student can get credit note or in some cases refund for the monetary value of the unused amount.
Myngle Student Protection doesn't cover fraudulent charges or most cases of Student remorse? Also, items must be purchased on the Myngle.com website to qualify for Myngle Student Protection coverage, and are covered for 45 days from the date of the purchase or lesson given or booked under dispute. |

How does this program benefit also Teachers? | |
Myngle Student Protection makes it easier for Students and Teachers to resolve issues with a clear process for customer assistance. We encourage Students to work directly with Teachers before opening a case because this is often the fastest and easiest way to resolve problems.
The new system also makes it easy for Teachers to give their information to Myngle. Teachers can always contact our customer support specialists to discuss their case. |

Introducing Myngle Student Protection | |
Myngle hosts the dispute resolution process when a student and a teacher cannot reach an agreement together about lessons or payments or other disagreements related to the learning experience in Myngle. The on-Myngle resolution process is the primary avenue for settling disputed Myngle transactions and is designed to offer an option if students and teachers can't reach resolution themselves. We take an active role in ensuring transaction problems are resolved.

Myngle Student Protection Policy | |
All purchases by eligible students that meet these conditions and do not fall within an exclusion or limitation are covered by the Myngle Student Protection Policy. Please note that the Myngle Student Protection Policy applies only to the transaction; it is not a warranty of any kind or a solution for student's remorse. This Policy is subject to all of the terms and conditions of Myngle.com.
To take advantage of the Myngle Student Protection Policy, students should first contact the teacher and attempt to resolve the issue. If the student doesn't hear from the teacher or can't resolve the issue with the teacher, they can file a case under the Myngle Student Protection Policy. Students and teachers permit us to make a final decision, in our sole discretion, on any case that a student files with Myngle under the Myngle Student Protection Policy. |

Conditions under which a case can be filed under the Myngle Student Protection Policy | |
Students can file a case under the Myngle Student Protection Policy when all of the following are true:
Moreover, a good faith dispute does not include student's remorse (that is, the lesson was as described in the profile of the teacher or the course, but you no longer want to learn regardless of the reason). However, even in a case of student remorse, Myngle may refund the student or give the student a credit note to be used on other lessons or items on Myngle, if the teacher agrees in writing to Myngle to provide a refund. If, however, the teacher does not agree on the refund, Myngle reserves the right to evaluate on a case by case basis.

Student eligibility and other restrictions | |
Only students who have purchased lessons on Myngle.com are eligible for the Myngle Student Protection Policy. The Myngle Student Protection Policy does not cover lesson that have been purchased outside Myngle or any other case of false, abusive or illegitimate claims. In case the student has purchased lessons partly on Myngle and partly off Myngle, Myngle reserves the right to decide if the purchase that is claimed is covered.
Students who we believe are attempting to commit or committing fraud are governed by the "Abusing Myngle" conditions of our User Agreement. Fraud in this case can include, but is not limited to, making claims that are not backed by a good faith dispute, making claims in addition to attempting to receive reimbursement from another source (e.g., a credit card chargeback), or any other means by which one can unjustly benefit from Myngle Student Protection. In addition, we reserve the right to temporarily, indefinitely or permanently suspend the coverage under the Myngle Student Protection Policy, immediately and without prior notice, if we suspect abuse, excessive cases, tampering or interference with the proper working of Myngle Student Protection. |

Fraudulent charges not covered | |
Fraudulent charges to a credit card or a PayPal account are not covered by the Myngle Student Protection Policy. If you notice any charge on your PayPal account that you did not authorize, report this to Paypal. Fraudulent charges made through your credit card should be resolved with your credit card company.

Resolution of cases under the Myngle Student Protection Policy | |
Students who have been unsuccessful in resolving a problem directly with a teacher can contact Myngle. We will review the case, and confirm where necessary that the student has already attempted to work with their teacher. If the student is in good standing and the case meets the requirements of this Policy, we will review additional transaction information to determine if the case is ready for resolution. For example, we may review the messages sent between the student and teacher or the lessons given, scheduled, rescheduled or cancelled.
If the case is ready to be resolved, Myngle will contact the teacher about the case. The teacher will have up to 7 days to respond to the case. There may be circumstances that warrant Myngle's acceleration of the resolution of the case. Unless resolution of the case is accelerated, after 7 days, Myngle will check with the student to see if they are satisfied. If the student is satisfied, the case is closed. If we don't hear back from the student within an appropriate time, we won't refund them or hold the teacher accountable for the transaction. If the student informs Myngle that no resolution has been reached, Myngle will review the case. If we deliberate in the student's favour, Myngle will issue a monetary credit note for the due amount, to be used on any other lesson or item on Myngle, or - in some cases, refund the student for the correspondent amount. Refunds will be made with the same payment method that the student has used to make its purchase of lesson(s). There may be times when Myngle - in its sole discretion - opts to reimburse the student before resolving the dispute with the teacher or without any impact on the teacher. |

How teachers may be protected from losing a claim | |
For complaints about the lessons not being as expected, teachers may protect themselves from losing a case if they provide clear documentation that the lesson was as described accurately and consistently throughout their profile and all associated communication. For example, cases may be resolved in the teacher's favour when the teacher provides documentation that:
We require Myngle teachers to comply with our resolution process. Teachers permit us to make a final decision, in our sole discretion, on any case that a student opens with Myngle under the Myngle Student Protection Policy. For unresolved cases, we will credit or refund the student for the unused balance. |

Correcting Mistakes in Payments to Students or Teachers | |
We reserve the right to fix any processing errors we discover. We will correct any processing errors by debiting or crediting the payment method used for the erroneous Myngle Student Protection refund or reimbursement.

Relationship between Myngle Student Protection and other resolution methods (PayPal Student Protection, and credit card/debit card chargebacks) | |
The Myngle resolution process is the primary avenue for settling issues with on-Myngle transactions. Here are the basic principles behind how Myngle manages dispute resolution between Myngle, PayPal, and chargebacks:

Chargebacks filed on an Myngle transaction will close all cases opened with Myngle or PayPal.
Students who file a chargeback after receiving a refund are abusing Myngle Student Protection and may be subject to consequences for Abusing Myngle policy. |
