..at the beginning of the lesson we had a terrible audio issue and the connection kept coming and going , then luckily the problem was solved somehow and so we managed to talk about important activities in people's lives and then revised the Past Continuous in combinations of tenses

Today my student learnt a new tense , the Past Continuous , and I learnt something new too ... now I know what a "burnout syndrome" is !!!

Unfortunately we had a technical issue and it was not possible for the student ot enter the classroom but we managed to solve the problem by using Skype - we had a conversation lesson comparing and talking about different means of transportation

After a revision exercise on Relative Pronouns where the student gave a good summary of the story , , we listened to an audio file about some children in a race competition - with a comprehension exercise

We had a technical issue for which the student entered into the classroom but it wasn't running ... so we continued our lesson in Skype , where we talked about Relative Pronouns and their use .

After a few months' break we started our lessons again with a revision of the parts of the body , talking about basic health problems and their possible remedies

In our last lesson we had a conversation about some jobs , their training , difficulties , advantages and disadvantages...the student showed to be able to deal with the conversation very well with interesting prompts

we are concluding our "full immersion " package tomorrow - tonight we revised the uses of two different tenses in the Future and read a comprehension passage about a woman in a shop - in this way we talked about refunds and customer satisfaction

We worked on the Simple Future structure : i am sorry the student couldn't open the link I sent him in Skype ... we'll try again tomorrow night !
