Hello Heiner. Thank you very much for coming today. I enjoy our chats together and very much hope that you get as much out of them as I do. Today we spoke about Computing again, and we still have plenty more to talk about on this topic. We looked at what computers can and can't do, netlingo, and popular websites. We still have to talk about internet dating, and privacy. There is probably not enough for a whole lesson, but we can move onto a new topic in the middle of a lesson if necessary (maybe you can choose a new topic). Here are some words/expressions that came up today: canticle, input, an abyssal difference, games, three steps ahead, information *always singular, advice *always singular, Frequently Asked Questions, file sharing. That's all for now. Have a lovely week. Best, Stephen.

Good to speak with you again, Heiner. We started the Computers and the Net topic today. We brainstormed peripheral devices and what we used them for. In the next session we will talk about: internet piracy and file sharing; famous websites and whether or not you use them; privacy; internet dating. Here are some expressions and words that came up today: What make is it?, all-in-one, FOR the same reason, compatibility problems, my speakers point upwards, I have an integrated keyboard, ergonomic keyboard, can you touch type?, cursor, What functions does it have?, 2 mega pixels, I have the same option, the spellcheck function, get well soon. That's all for the time being. I look forward to seeing you again tomorrow. Best, Stephen.

It was very nice to speak with you again today, Heiner. We continued speaking about the Weather topic. Here are some issues that came up during the lesson. After 'would' use only the base form of the verb - 'would go', 'would look' etc; for 'it was a funny time' say 'it was a fun time'; odds = probability; pronounce the 'oo' of 'flooding' like the 'u' of 'butter'. Remember not to use the present continuous to talk about an even that happens regularly. That's all for the time being. I really look forward to another chat with you soon. All the best, Stephen.

Weather and Climate. Part 1. Nice to see you today, Heiner. Here are some grammar issues that came up: for 'I think the fog will went by midday' say 'I think the fog will go away by midday'; for 'two persons' say 'two people'; for 'when it rains I'm getting wet' say 'when it rains I get wet'. With modal verbs (will, can, might, should, would, could etc) do not conjugate the verb that follows: for 'the temperature will rising' say 'the temperature will rise'. Vocab: the snow melted, morning mist, I was frightened, hail. That's all for today. It was great to speak with you and I really look forward to another meeting soon. Keep up the excellent work. Best, Stephen.

Hello Heiner. It was lovely to meet you today. Please go ahead and book the lesson for tomorrow. Because you are a new student, it sometimes takes Myngle a little time to confirm the first lesson. If they do not confirm on time, we will have the lesson anyway - outside Myngle. Once you have booked and paid for one 'normal' class (not promotion) then the system goes into automatic mode and future bookings are not a problem. For promotion bookings the situation is different: unfortunately the system is not yet fully automated for promotion students, which means you have to book 24 hours in advance or by 3pm on a Friday if you want weekend lessons (this is for promotions only). Hope this is clear. I look forward to speaking with you tomorrow. Best, Stephen
