You will feel good when you have English lessons with me, because I focus on the whole person, not only language. Student centered teaching is what you will get. I have 2 certificates: teaching English as a foreign language to adults, and teaching business English, plus many years of experience. Some of my interests are hiking, Hungarian literature, opera, knitting, and using my iPad in teaching. I am learning the basics of landscape photography now.

I enjoy teaching creatively, especially with new technology. That is why I attend many conferences, workshops and training sessions. I believe the best thing about teaching is when a student's eyes light up because he or she suddenly understands a word or a difficult concept, and I try to use everything I have learned about teaching to make that happen as often as possible.I am very well organized and consistent in my practice, and I take teaching seriously. I have run a weekly Hungarian and English language discussion club in Budapest for 6 years. In my spare professional time I translate agricultural and food science articles. I also use an online Personal Learning Network to keep up to date with my colleagues and the latest practice. I have a teacher blog, class blog, and a wiki for groups and send my students follow ups after their lessons regularly via Evernote app for iPad.
