For the past 14 years I volunteer many hours per month in improving the community through education & outreach. I have done so in many countries of South & North America such as: The United States, Colombia, Paraguay, Costa Rica, etc. The purpose of this education is to better family life, stop harmful habits such as drugs & attain positive qualities like forgiveness, patience, self-control, etc. I also truly enjoy learning new languages & cultures. I’m fluent in Spanish & Portuguese, however at the moment I’m learning Italian. As someone who has learned other languages I understand the obstacles that may occur. Together with patience, effort & of course fun, we can break through these barriers.

I have been teaching English for students of all different ages & backgrounds for close to nine years. From a young five year old child to a middle-aged business manager to a retired senior citizen. I began teaching online to mainly Asian students. Later on I began giving private classes at my home or the student's home. Now I do a little bit of both. Every week I receive training as a public speaker & on teaching effectively. As a private tutor, I do my best to assess my student's skills & what their goals are. Afterwards, not only learn a skill (grammar, phrases, vocabulary, etc.) but provide a focused effort on conversation using these skills. Just as we did naturally with our native language. I am a mYngle certified Blended Learning trainer.
