I am a big fan of literature and outdoor activities. One of the most significant benefits of reading is transporting yourself to different time periods and experiencing different cultures. I often wonder how I would have lived my life during various times and circumstances. Reading improves the imagination. Reading is a mini vacation for your brain! As you can see, reading is good for you - very, very good for you. It can improve your academic, social,physical, and mental life. Spending time in nature and the natural light can improve your mood and reduce stress and depression. Engaging in physical activity produces similar benefits and often times relaxes and cheers people up. Your self-esteem will improve.
