I am a polyglot speaking around 8 languages and being fluent in at least 3 alphabets. My passion for languages has lead me to take up a college course in linguistics. In my free-time, I organize hikes in Germany and Europe. You might also occasionally find me playing guitar on a park bench. I've always seen language learning as an actual learning process. We all grow up learning at least one language. Hence, it is my firm conviction that everyone already "knows" how to do it again. Language learning is a matter of acquisition through understanding and usage in relevant and/or interesting situations.

I have completed college courses in linguistics.

I put my students (back) in control over language learning. Here is how: 1) I show them how to enjoy learning process. Language learning is meant to be fun and exciting instead of a dull affair. 2) I provide the right strategies. Half of a learner's success is using the right strategies, and a good strategy is one that respects how the brain learns. 3) I base my lessons on my motto "A student needs to know or be able to speak more at the end than at the beginning of a lesson." Overall, I have taught more than 2000 lessons, mostly online. While I gave most of my lessons to private customers, I have also started specializing in the B2B domain. My core expertise lies in linguistics, business, medical as well as scientific language. I am currently studying linguistics in a university master's degree.
