Versatile and positive teacher with a lot of work experience at your service! As a person, I am used to work independently, taking responsibility for various activities and I have an easy time collaborating both in and outside my workplace. I have a broad professional experience that has given me good knowledge of the requirements and working conditions in various industries. In my professional life, the professions I have chosen have always meant rapid changes and this has meant that I have had to adapt quickly to the changes that have taken place. It has also made me learn to prioritize and create structure in my work. I have worked with everything from work in nursing homes (LSS), placement mediators at the County Labor Board and finally Primary- and Adult teaching in the evenings and online. In my work I have met different groups of people, and learned how to best approach each one of them, to gain an understanding of their individual conditions. In my work at Länsarbetsnämnden, I worked as s teamleader for students, where I taught Them how to write a CV and a personal letter about themselves. This was done in order for them to later, in an easier way,being able to get a job. To coach adults and children who need extra support to establish themselves in society has been the common thread through my professional life. I started working as a 16 year old with some small jobs: cleaningjobs, waitressing and so om. After that, I took a two-year healthcare education with a focus on working with children and young people. After that, I traveled a lot and I also worked in the USAfor 6 months, as an employee of a cleaning company. Then when I later went home I got a job at the County Labor Board. In 1993, I applied for the Primary School Teacher education at the University of Lund in Sweden, and completed my education at Christmas 1996. Since then, have I been working in the teaching profession. I also have worked a lot with refugees as an Swedish For Immigrants teacher, where I met people from many different cultures. Some of them were people in deep crisis, escaping from various warzones. They needed a lot of help with the Swedish language but also to be guided to different authorities and get information about where they can seek help to stay in Sweden. In addition to this, I have mapped their previous studies, work experience, leisure activities and health conditions in order to later be able to guide them to suitable jobs or to further studies. In Elderly- and disabled care, coaching has been a little different, considering that the focus is primarily on those clients and their relatives. In my work as a teacher, I have worked with many things: mother tongue teachers in Danish, second language teachers, special education teachers, sfi teachers but also in primaryschools. Most of my teaching years have I worked in Sweden. 5 years in Denmark and 20 years in Sweden. These last 5 years have I worked with students online, platforms like Preply, learndesk and on Upwork. As a person, I am warm, caring, creative, structured and I have a great sense of humor. In my spare time, my golden retriever, travelling are my big interests. I love learning new languages ​​and I am currently learning Turkish. I was born in a danishspeaking family, and can therefore speak and write Danish.
