Teaching and learning the languages has been my passion since I was young. I've studied both Japanese and Korean languages before. This urge to learn Asian languages started with my exposure to television programs in those languages. I'd say I know the basics of both languages now. Aside, from that I get to learn of the culture of the people when I get to learn their language. People are more open to you when you know how to speak their mother tongue. I'm also currently studying German. I hope it goes well with that one, as the I'm having trouble with the vowel sounds.

I have been teaching high school level Science since 2010. I started teaching ESL in 2016. Teaching Science is highly different from teaching English as I have to make sure that students have nailed the basics first before we proceed to other lessons. Now, I am venturing out into a different language, my native language, Filipino. My knowledge with teaching English will help us, understand each other easily. Filipino as a language, according to my former Korean and Chinese students, is difficult to understand at first but gets easier once you know the basics. We will start our lesson with gauging your knowledge of the language. We will also set the expectations and objectives that need to be met after each course. This will make sure that you are learning what you need. Assessments will be done to test your level of understanding after lessons. Teaching and learning the languages has been a passion of mine. Teaching is a two-way street, I get to learn from my students also.
