I am very fortunate to live near the sea on the East Coast of England. I have been restoring my home, which I share with two beautiful black cats, for the past 3 years. As well as being an English Teacher, I also spent many years working in Corporate Communications and Public Relations. I have qualifications in fashion design and tailoring, which are two of my hobbies, along with jewellery making and learning languages. I speak fluent (if not perfect) Spanish and am trying to learn Arabic. I believe a positive attitude in life can really help you achieve your goals, you are never too old to learn new skills, enrich your mind, and open new horizons. If you want to succeed, you will.

I started teaching (British) English more than 20 years ago and have worked in Greece and Spain as well as in England. My students have come from all corners of the world and I have taught students from beginners as young as 6 years old to advanced level adult learners, as well as those studying Business English. I have been teaching online since January 2014. Learning a language is like going on a journey where you see and learn new things every day. It is always more satisfying if it is fun and memorable, and I aim to provide a teaching environment in which my students feel relaxed and able to enjoy their lessons.
