I come from Saint Petersburg, the city of white nights. In 2016 I moved to Italy where I've been living since. At the moment I'm studying Marketing and Public Relations on a master's course. In my spare time, I like to do embroidery, travel and...learning new languages of course! I would love to speak French and one of the Scandinavian languages one day! As to my teaching style and methods,I build my lessons on explaining Russian grammar to my students and improving their speaking in the first place. What now seems to be absolutely deprived of logic will make sense! But we all know that no language can be ever learned by doing grammar exercises - to master a language means to be able to use it! I encourage my students to speak a lot during our lessons, gradually overcoming the language barrier. Having a teacher by your side helps you relax and lower your stress level when you get to use the language beyond the classroom! As Charlemagne said, to speak another language is to have another soul. I like to think that, as a teacher, I help people to discover their Russian selves.

Привет! My name is Olesia, I am a native Russian speaker from Saint Petersburg. I have always been passionate about foreign languages, starting from school where I learned German. Three years ago I moved to Italy to study foreign languages at university - a mission I successfully accomplished last summer when I graduated with honours from Milan State Univerisity.
