Lawyer; living in Brooklyn New York; married 52 years; writer of published legal articles; retired United States Administrative Law Judge; amateur poet and playwright; Honorable discharge from US Army 1971; military interpreter for US Army 34 Signal Battalion Stuttgart Germany 1966-67. I was employed as a radio announcer at WIVI radio in the United States Virgin Islands; narrated a video for helicopter pilots in the US Army; appeared as an announcer on US Army television; practiced criminal law in New York City for twenty years; worked for ten years in the New York State Court System as an attorney and am a retired United States Administrative Law Judge for the Social Security Administration where I conduct numerous hearings and made decisions from 2005 through 2018. I am also a graduate of the University of Florida in 1964.

From 1996-1997 I was employer as an adjunct business law professor at Medgar Evers College Brooklyn New York and also taught an extension course at an all female school for Jewish woman in Brooklyn New York. While working for the Courts of New York State I instructed New York City Police Officers and members of the New York court system on various legal topics While in the US Army in Germany I worked as an instructor in radio code operations at a base in Stuttgart Germany..
