Bedankt voor deze les. We hebben samen een leuke eerste les gehad. Je liet zien dat je al een beetje Nederlands kunt spreken. Dit door al uw vorige lessen. We zullen ons daarom concentreren op uw uitspraak en het opbouwen van zinnen. Ik kijk uit naar onze volgende les.

Really nice to have classes with you again! You are so positive and I hope to help you that you can manage to have more and more conversations in Dutch.
We discussed some of the common words you use right now. Please keep on asking me, if you need some information in Dutch. We started where we left off in the book, negatie. You found out when geen and when niet is used. We looked at the combination moeten en hoeven and will practice more in the next lesson.

Today the last lessons of your package. You have done really great. It is really nice to teach you. You are so positive, motivated and have made a great progress. We are now at half of the book, and the second part will really give you a great jump start to make that big step to start communication easier in Dutch in different situations. I hope you have the opportunity to continue with the lessons.
Thank you for the nice classes with you, it really enjoyed seeing your progress. Ik hoop tot gauw!

The first lesson today, we finished the article about the fashion store. You have practiced to analyze a sentence, so you don't need all the words to find out the meaning of the sentence. That went really well. The English structure is often different then the Dutch one, and when you would use a dictionary or google, you could get the wrong meaning for the word, as a word often has different meanings. The context of the story/sentence is very important to use, and to discover what the keywords are. Some words are more/less important than others.

Today we have done the writing assignment about what clothing do you like, what do you wear at work, in your spare time, and what looks good on you. You did great. We worked a bit on structures and you used that at once in the following sentences, really well done. You created a few perfect sentences, and all the sentences were completely understandable. You read the text about the male fashion store half way, we'll continue tomorrow.

Today you did great. We started with the opposites. You found the right opposites in the exercise. Then we continued what we started yesterday. It was a bit confusing at first, but then you got it and you made the exercise perfect. Really well done.

Today we reviewed what we started yesterday 'de demonstratieve pronomen': die/deze, dit/dat. You told me when you use which one.
During the exercise you showed me you really understand well how to use them. It would be great if you could see if you can discover the use of them in real life situations. This is grammar that you might need to review a couple of times, but is very useful in conversations.

Gefeliciteerd met je zwangerschap! Leuk om te horen!
We started where we left of the other lesson, opdracht 7. That was a good exercise for you to do, as you practiced the grammar and how you create a correct Dutch sentence. We started looking at the use of die/deze and dit/dat. We'll continue with the exercise tomorrow. I look forward to the lessons this week.

Sorry you had technical issues to get in the classroom today. You did really great on the exercise about comparatief/superlatief. After you realized you could use the questions in your answer, you wrote the answers perfectly and could use both comparatief and superlatief.
We started to take a look at 7.8, and will continue with the exercise on Wednesday.
