Excellent practice with a real e-mail. Some very good examples to help understand the different tenses: the mail had examples of present tense / future / past & perfect tenses. I noticed that the most complex for you were the passive forms - the review should be completed by.......
Your questions to help understanding & general comprehension were V.G. Rgds, Francis.

Dear Mirko, sorry for the delay in sending feedback for this session. From my notes I see it was good and the exercises you did for e-mail writing were good. We studied the use of the Future with Will for facts & general beliefs, and the present continuous form for making specific arrangements to be + verb-ing. Good lesson, Rgds, Francis.

Mirko, this was an important lesson with regards to learning English for many types of situations between colleagues. It will be important for the next lessons to remember the expressions we have learnt and to be able to use them in other situations too. Hope we're still okay for tomorrow and I look forward to seeing you then, Best Regards, Francis.

Good Lesson Mirko. We realised the importance of using the correct prepositions + learnt some very useful expressions for the business aspect of the English language. In particular "how to organise meetings" "timetables" "project agendas" "future events" and also "How to verify that the times & dates suit everyone concerned". Even though this language is new to you and seems strange, you did very well. Well done, keep up the good work, Many Thanks, Fran62.

Mirko, that was another good lesson. A very intensive one too! I think that you were able to understand the general meanings of our sentences, it is a good start. You might & should be able to understand more by the end of the weekend!
Kindest Regards,
Francis

Mirko, that was again an interesting lesson. Your conversation was nicely fluent and correct. I think that when you know the subject you speak better. If you think of subjects you want to develop, just let me know. Thanks, Francis.

Dear Mirko, thank you for an very enjoyable talk about recent events in the healthcare industry!. You used & elicited some very good expressions & terms to explain the situation very clearly. Your intonation and pronunciation was also very good. You should no longer doubt your ability to communicate in English. Excellent 30 minutes work. Kindest Regards, Francis.
