GBC, B2, Unit 5 (Customer Service) to slide 10 (Vocabulary). We looked into transitional words and phrases, practised using them in speech and discussed customer service. Masayuki, you made good use of linking words, used good range of vocabulary and demonstrated excellent speaking and listening. Keep up the good work! Please study the phrases and notes from this class.

GBC B2 Unit 4 p. 8-finish + Unit 5 p. 1-6: passive voice, past perfect continuous, and transitional words and phrases. Just this weekend, you've been able to demonstrate a much stronger capability to respond to GBC-type questions in proper format. Remember to incorporate the question at the intro and conclusion.

GBC B2 Unit 4 p. 2-8: eye contact, travel, airline comparison, airport terminology, and passive voice. Every lesson you show a greater understanding of what's expected of you for the GBC exam. We will continue to work on your concluding phrasing in order to be as smooth and succinct as possible.

GBC B2 Unit 3 p. 10-finish + Unit 4 p. 1: inventions and present perfect simple versus continuous. It's clear you've applied some advantageous GBC tips into your response formulation, such as commenting on the question and inserting your own opinion. Try to include more transitional phrases too!
