For our lesson today we had a little less time. We finished up our section on the 1st & 2nd conditional. Excellent job on this section. Although we had some flexibility our grammar was correct each time.

BE B1 UNIT11 DECISIONS up to slide 7. We worked on speaking, listening (audio 11.1) and vocabulary. You have improved very much in grammar and fluency. You added quite a few details to support your ideas. There is a bit of interference from L1 with pronunciation but that has also shown great improvement.

Today we practiced asking for a promotion & some of the common questions we may face in this situation. I understood your comments well. At times some of the grammar was off & we needed to adjust some pronunciation as well.
